Hailey Marciniak, Pastry Chef at The Chocolate Sanctuary in Gurnee will explain how chocolate is processed from bean to bar and demonstrate how to make chocolate ganache-filled handcrafted molded chocolates and truffles. Then we will enrobe and decorate 9 hand rolled truffles for you to take home! We will finish the afternoon by enjoying chocolate treats with coffee or hot tea.
