Come and learn some Building Block Activities (BBAs) which mirror basic human developmental movement patterns (the foundation for ALL future brain-body growth and organization). The BBAs repair and/or strengthen these brain-body connections which might have become underactive or even inactive. Improve your vision, hearing, body awareness and breathwork through these movements and through very gentle skull, foot and spine massage. Experience better body function and coordination, along with improved cognitive functioning and emotional relaxation. Use this work on yourself and also with children, adults and seniors.
