CourseGraphic This wonderful pork tenderloin dish will be a great addition to your culinary repertoire. You will make a stuffing of cocoa candied bacon, goat cheese, pork sausage, cocoa nibs, apples and sage. Our chef will teach the techniques of stuffing and rolling the tenderloin and top it with a Riesling and apple cider sauce. Finally the most important part, sit down and enjoy the fruit of your labor with a glass of wine. Class will meet at The Chocolate Sanctuary Restaurant and Lounge, 5101 Washington Street in Gurnee. No discounts or vouchers.
