Sustainable Weight Management - Plant-Based Eating

CourseGraphic Learn about plant-based diets and their role in managing weight, how to read labels on packaged foods, how to make wise choices at restaurants and social events, and how to do a quick makeover of your pantry, refrigerator and freezer. You will prepare two wholesome plant-based recipes in class. A $7 food fee is included in the tuition. Gold Card Fee: $26.
