CourseGraphic Cheese Specialist, Madeleine, will show you how to make two distinctly French dishes: Gougere, which is typically served as an appetizer or first course, and Tartiflette, a hearty dish which, when accompanied by a salad, could serve as a main course. Come prepared to put your hands to use and to enjoy tasting the final result. Gold Card Fee: $44.
