Come and create a labor of love...fresh filled cannoli from scratch! Tony Volpentesta, owner and operator of tony cannoli in Mundelein, will walk you through the step-by-step process of rolling, forming, frying, and filling cannoli dough. Each student will make three cannoli shells, and pipe them with their choice of tony cannoli signature fillings, while sipping Limoncello, Italian soda and other beverages.
