Tony Rodkey, the “Grilling Fireman,” will present a unique and informative grilling class. Besides demonstrating grilling techniques, Tony will discuss safety techniques that you should be aware of. Students will help prepare veggies for grilling. We’ll create an appetizer, a main dish, and a dessert. If you have a charcoal grill, we will be starting the grills at 6:30 PM, so come early to get some tips on starting the fire. Bring your appetite. A $12 ingredient fee is included in the tuition.
