CourseGraphic In this hands-on class you will prepare vegetables using a variety of techniques including steaming, blanching, simmering, and stir-frying. We will also discuss meal planning, shopping, and time-saving shortcuts. Adults and teens are welcome. A $6 material fee is included in the tuition. Gold Star Fee: $34.00.
