Knitting Advanced : Triangular Shawl

Please read:  Supply List: Yarn: The original pattern called for Lion Brand Alpine Wool Solids, but this yarn has been discontinued. It was a low spun bulky yarn [size 5]. Some shops might still have a few skeins in stock, but the following are some substitute yarns. You will need two balls of yarn. One should be a light colored solid, like a cream or white. The other should be a darker colored solid. ? Lion Brand Wool-Ease Chunky ? Lion's Pride Woolspun ? Patons Classic Wool Bulky Yarn ? Patons Alpaca Blend Yarn ? Caron X Pantone Yarn Needles : US size 9 (5.5mm) with about a 16” cable Circular Knitting Needle US size 10 (6.0mm) with about a 16” cable Circular Knitting Needle Note: you could also use a US size 9 and US size 10 double pointed needles, too! Buy whichever you feel more comfortable using or wish to learn how to use. Notions: Stitch markers Tapestry/yarn needle with a large eye Pencil - to write notes on your pattern if you wish.
