Knitting Beginning: Choose Your Project

Please read:  Supply list cozy cowl Needle: US size 15 straight knitting needles (15/10.0 mm should be written on the packaging. I recommend getting the long straight needles - they’ll hold more stitches.) Yarn: 2 balls of the same color of Loops and Threads Cozy Wool (a Michaels only brand) OR 2 balls of the same color of Lion Brand Thick and Quick size 5 (chunky weight) (found at Hobby Lobby, Joann’s, Michael’s, and Walmart). Choose a light color with a smooth texture so that you can see your stitches! Accessory: 1 large button (1 - 2” diameter) or decorative pin of a similar size Notions: a yarn/darning needle
