This introductory class is designed to gently bring you into the postures and the serenity of yoga. Ellen Will, RYT, will teach you how to communicate with your own body, turn off the stresses of your day, and develop a stronger you. Yoga is not about being thin, flexible or graceful. It’s about challenging yourself to improve yourself: mind, body, and spirit. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class.
